🎭 StreamAdventureTheater (English)

StreamAdventureTheater is an application I created to play choose-your-own-adventure / gamebook style stories live with my Twitch chat, allowing viewers to actively take part in the adventure.

The goal is to provide a lightweight, discreet, and stream-friendly tool, designed specifically for narrative and interactive streaming.

⚠️ I do not plan to release regular updates unless they are personally useful to me, as I don’t have much time to dedicate to the project.
👉 If you are a developer, the project is open-source: feel free to fork it and adapt it to your own needs.
The application is built with Godot.

✨ Features

• Drag & drop images into the application to:

  • change the background

  • add tokens to the scene

• Management of existing backgrounds and tokens

• Token manipulation:

  • move

  • rotate

  • resize

• AI-generated backgrounds (optional)

  • requires an OpenAI API key

🎮 Usage

The interface is intentionally very minimal, to keep the stream as clean and readable as possible.

• 📌 You can view the full list of keyboard shortcuts by pressing:

  • Alt Gr

  • or Ctrl + Alt

• ⚙️ Shortcuts and the OpenAI API key can be modified via:

  • the pause menu

  • accessible with the Escape key

StreamAdventureTheater est une application que j’ai développée pour jouer à des livres dont vous êtes le héros en direct avec mon chat Twitch, et leur faire vivre ces aventures de manière interactive.

L’objectif est de proposer un outil léger, discret à l’écran et pensé pour le stream narratif et interactif.

⚠️ Je ne prévois pas de mises à jour régulières, sauf si elles me sont personnellement utiles, faute de temps.
👉 Si vous êtes développeur, le projet est open-source : vous pouvez le fork et l’adapter à vos besoins.

🎮 Utilisation

L’interface est volontairement très minimaliste, afin de garder un stream propre et lisible.
